We offer complimentary international shipping on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available at an additional cost. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@lumora.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Yes — all LUMORA fixtures come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. LED drivers and electronic components are covered for 3 years.

We also offer a lifetime repair service. If something breaks outside the warranty period, we can usually repair or replace parts at cost. Our fixtures are designed to be disassembled and serviced, not discarded.

Integrated LED fixtures include the light source and driver. For socket-based fixtures (E27, E14, G9), we include a high-quality LED bulb with every order so your fixture is ready to install on arrival.

All included bulbs are 2700K (warm white) with a CRI of 90+ for excellent color rendering. Replacement bulbs are available in our shop.

Yes. We work with architects, interior designers, hospitality clients and retail partners worldwide. Trade accounts receive preferred pricing, dedicated support and custom project capabilities.

Many of our designs are available in custom sizes, finishes and configurations. Minimums and lead times vary. For trade and hospitality projects, we also offer fully bespoke design development.

Most fixtures only need occasional dusting with a soft, dry cloth. For brass fixtures, we do not recommend polishing — the natural patina that develops over time is part of the design. If you prefer to maintain a bright finish, a gentle brass polish can be used.

Always turn off power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Never use abrasive cleaners, solvents or harsh chemicals.

All hardwired fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes. Plug-in fixtures (table and floor lamps) can be set up without an electrician.
